The IUPUI Surplus Property Operation is dedicated to the redistribution of University assets. Our goal is to facilitate this process in the most efficient and timely manner as possible. The Surplus Property Facility is managed by Tally Thrasher, Purchasing Services @ 274-7753. The warehouse is managed by Jason Dunn, Surplus Warehouse Manager @ 274-7753

WAREHOUSE SCHEDULE: Monday: Closed to Campus
Tuesday - Friday: We will be open for SCHEDULED Drop offs and pickups between 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursdays: All faculty and staff are welcomed to attend our Open House from 1:00 -3:00 p.m. for redistribution on campus only. Redistribution Guide

Public Auctions are held on an as needed basis (when the warehouse is full). This averages to 4 -5 auctions annually.

Need to send items to surplus?


Just fill out the IUPUI Surplus form and fax it to 274-7488 or e-mail the information to Surplus. Surplus does pickups once a week (mostly on Tuesdays) and we will work with you to get your surplus property out in a timely manner.

Remember....one man's junk is another man's treasure! We would be happy to find your old equipment a good home.
